MAKE 2010 YOUR BEST YEAR YET !
Everywhere you look stores are taking inventory - getting rid of the old stuff and bringing in the new stuff. Did you do that - take inventory of what didn't work in your life in 2009 and start bringing in new ideas for 2010? Here's some food for thought to help you make 2010 your best year yet:
What worked for you? Think of all of you gained this past year - despite economic stresses and uncertainties. Did you learn that you could get by on less? Did you recapture the joy of doing simple things with family and friends? Did you find fulfillment in helping others? Did you move from a job into a life-long dream of self-employment? Think of all the things that brought satisfaction and joy into your life - and "restock your shelves" with more of them in 2010.
What didn't work for you? Often it is our expectations that make us feel that something is a success or a failure. Once we can let go of the expectation that we can control/change other people or the world (economy, job losses, etc.), then we can focus on what we can control - how WE act and react. Think of what didn't work for you in 2009. Then let 2010 be a time of letting go of the disappointment over what you can't control/change and focusing on what you can control/change.
What defines your "best year yet"? Each of us has a unique way of defining what is "best" for us. If you have not yet discovered who you are and what you need in your life, make 2010 your year to find that sense of direction, meaning and peace of mind.
Wherever you are in life, at some point, you will yearn for the answers. If not now, when? But you don't need to do it alone. Let me help you make 2010 your best year yet!
Happy New Year,
